Description:  Novi Services delivered the construction of a 7-Eleven petrol station on a 6100sqm site. The scope included full fit out of the convenience store, fuel canopy, and construction of cold shells for three independent food tenancies. The project also featured a new standalone Rapid Tune workshop, and a hand car detailing facility, including hardstand carparks and driveways and all underground services. A comprehensive external works to Vic Roads assets, outside of boundary was also managed by Novi which included reconstruction works to High Street including installation of new turning lanes, traffic islands and installation of new traffic lights to a new construction of road intersection, under the watchful eye of Vic Roads and their consultants.
