Description:  Novi Services biggest project with the most complexities. Construction on a 10,000 Sqm site of which required a total site build up to lift the site one meter, to get the finished levels out of the flood zones. Novi managed the build up during the construction sequences, re-purposing the existing soil and imported material as required. The construction included a fully fitted out convenience store, cold shell food tenancy, two fuel canopies for fuel and truck diesel canopy. The complexity included a new onsite sewer treatment plant, firefighting services of on-site water storage fire tanks. The works also managed included outside of boundary works of a newly constructed deacceleration lane and road works under Vic roads management in the excess of one million dollars for external works for entry and exiting the site from the highway.
