Adam leads Novi Services with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, having delivered projects exceeding $100 million. His early career included a decade as Senior Project Manager at Hickory Group, where he managed high-rise apartment builds, modular projects, and commercial fit-outs.

David combines engineering insight with meticulous cost management, offering clients the confidence of accurate project forecasting. With a research background that includes work with CSIRO, HRL, and Swinburne University, David excels in data-led project planning and resource allocation.

Charlie brings over six years of site management experience to Novi Services, with a background in overseeing fuel station construction and commercial builds. Known for his attention to detail and proactive communication style, Charlie ensures smooth coordination on-site and rapid response to unforeseen issues.
Project Manager & Estimator
Mohamed is a Civil Engineer and PMP-certified project leader with over seven years of construction experience in Victoria. Prior to joining Novi, he worked with MFCG where he delivered complex projects ranging from petrol stations to commercial building refurbishments.
