Description: Novi was selected for the design and construct for the Construction of a 200m² Oporto drive-thru restaurant. The site itself is located on and an existing multi tenancy site with existing conditions of a Liberty Petrol station, carwash, and Red Rooster. The works include isolating the new boundary area from the existing site and works include removal of existing truck route concrete including earthworks, internal fit-out, structural works, carpark, drive-thru, and landscaping, all in accordance with brand and local authority requirements. Novi was also required to upgrade and install new power requirements including co-ordinating power shutdowns for installation of new upgraded main electrical boards, including substation mains cable upgrades whilst keeping the existing tenancies operational.
