Description: Novi Services was pleased to deliver this internal fit out and small extension of medical suites to include procedure rooms, consulting spaces, physio area, and a CTG room. Full services coordination and compliance to healthcare regulations. Novi delivered the project within an occupied office building with works coordinated to minimise disruption to other tenants within and near to the construction works. The works required out of hours work to complete a tight time frame under a fast-tracked programme. The project also included demolition of base building works to enable new fit out works to be completed.
