Description:  Delivered a new-build childcare facility comprising a basement carpark, ground floor, and first floor. The project included the construction of 27 underground car spaces, 7 fully fitted playrooms, staff and admin areas, commercial kitchen, and amenities. Externally, the scope involved the creation of two outdoor play areas totalling approximately 900m2 complete with soft fall, play equipment, landscaping, and fencing. Full fit out was completed including flooring, joinery, acoustic treatments, and compliant finishes tailored for childcare operations. Novi completed this project on an ex-service station site, under full supervision from the EPA and their consultants, due to soil contamination, requiring full under basement vapour management systems and soil management, to ensure a contaminated site was fit for purpose for children occupation upon completion.
