Description:  Delivered an extension to an existing food tenancy on a multi tenancy site. The site had an existing BP Service station, carwash, and food tenancy. Novi was required to conduct an extension to the existing food tenancy to cater for KFC requirements. The tenancy itself was connected to the existing BP service station store, requiring careful excavations under hot works permits and careful live fuel requirements. The project was delivered without disturbance to the existing tenants and an accelerated program for a pre-Christmas completion so KFC could operate over the Christmas break.
