Description:  Novi Services was proud to complete office fit out works for a partnering structural engineering consultant for their own office works. Novi Services was selected to the be the builder on this project due to working collaboratively together over many years, on various third-party clients’ projects. The two-storey refurbishment repurposed the existing building into office space and meeting rooms and creation of an existing external undercover carpark area into an internal habitable space for a downstairs meeting room. The fit-out theme encumbered features that reflected structural engineering products and materials. Office fit-out including partition walls, joinery, electrical, flooring, structural slab on ground to carpark area, new windows, and creation of upstairs outside balcony area, under existing roof area including new rendering to existing facades.
